powerful standard attacks, advanced players will find a lot of advanced techniques in Kratos» roster repertoire as well.

Each character has two
standard attacks to build on with combos, a special magic
attack and a more
powerful ultimate
attack.
Z - Moves based on
attack moves have far greater power than
standard moves, but how
powerful they will be seems to depend on the power of the original move that a Z - Move is based on.
Each character — even Frank West — has a set of
standard attacks that are accessed by mashing the melee
attack button, and then a set of
powerful special abilities.
Your
standard actions are: Square is your
standard attack, X is jump, Circle is your Musou
attack (a very
powerful, unique
attack you power up by killing people), and L2 is summon / climb on your horse.
The B button is your
standard attack, which can also be held down for a

attacks must be charged up by collecting gems, they are much more
powerful than the
standard attacks and can often take out multiple enemies at a time.

powerful moves whilst enabling you to perform an Ultimate
attack if you flick the right stick again.
Your party and the baddies line up on either side of the screen, and you choose from a variety of
standard attacks and more
powerful mana - draining abilities.
For example: I'm sticking with the long sword's
standard «Guild» style now, but I soon hope to graduate to the «Adept» style, which will allow me to utilize
powerful attacks for skillful dodges (but I'm not quite good enough yet.)
