as to conform a cross-reference; to provide for related matters; to provide an 13 effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
Not later than 15 business days after receiving an application for a license by endorsement to
practice as a marriage and family therapist or clinical
professional counselor pursuant to this section, the Board shall provide written notice to the applicant of any additional information required by the Board to consider the application.
