The
driving portion of the course is comprised of 7 hours of logged
driving instruction, 7 hours of logged in - car observation, and 30 hours of supervised
driving practice, 10 of which must be done at night.
Oversee all food - handling
practices, food
portion controls, and cost containment initiatives, able to organize and schedule staff, and efficient multitasking experience demonstrating a positive attitude under a deadline
driven environment.
