to happen and some deviation occasionally when you choose it — it is accountability and taking responsibility
to keep
going every day and making it as much a part of your LIFESTYLE as brushing your teeth and reading your kids a
bed time story.
Go to bed on time, wake with the rising sun, give yourself a daily oil massage, eat at regular
times, and be regular with your mediation
