The nadis are energy channels that run throughout the body — much like our tangible circulatory system — transporting
prana (lifeforce) energy to every cell
in the body.
The life force, or
prana, of the fresh fruits and vegetables is extracted and delivered
in very concentrated and pure form.
The second layer represents the pranic or subtle body —
in essence, it's the circulatory system for
prana, or «life - force energy.»
Everything we take
in — from the air we inhale to the food we consume and the thoughts and emotions that we feel — is brought into us with the
prana vayus.
So
in order to optimize the flow of
prana or life force within our Sacral Chakra, we must turn inward first to help clear away any blockages.
If we are sucked dry of
prana — another word for energy — and have blocks throughout the body, the heaviness we feel on the inside will always mirror
