I am back down to
my pre baby weight, however, things have shifted.
With the first 3 kids I was back down to
pre baby weight and clothes by 12 weeks postpartum (averaging 23 - 25 lbs per pregnancy — with the first two I was around 118 lbs at 21 and 23 pregnancy / playing sports regularly.

For your weight, it takes several months after baby to get back to
pre baby weight - so, don't lose hope - keep up the walking and sport and for a suggestion on foods to add: beans, nuts and avocados.
I recently lost a lot of weight on The Dukan Diet and very successfully managed to get back to
my pre baby weight.
I have been very lucky that, thanks to breastfeeding and good genes, I have pretty much sprung back to
my pre baby weight with very minimal effort and I have not even had to shy away from the cake.
