precooked before using them in the recipe.

I always
precook meatballs
before using them in any meal as I'm a bit paranoid when it comes to cooking meats.
Update: I made this tonight with
precooked unfrozen chicken tenders, and it turned out fine, but I think if I had baked the tenders
before putting them into the pasta, they would have had a nice crispiness that it didn't have at all.
