Honestly, almost any type of fruit (other than berries and peaches) is snack pack compatible, but
I prefer apples and bananas.

apple vinegar — 6 tablespoons coconut oil — 2 cups whole wheat spelt flour, sifted — 1 cup white spelt flour, sifted — 1 teaspoon baking powder — 1 teaspoon baking soda — 2 teaspoons ground ginger — 1 teaspoon cardamom — 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves — 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg — 1/2 teaspoon sea salt — 1 tablespoon cinnamon — 2 tablespoons chia seeds
Bananas, pears,
and smashed
apples can also be given in the first month or two of starting solids, but I still
prefer to start with veggies
and then go from there.

apples and bananas and hibiscus tea, but I wonder if a hummus sandwich or tahini sandwich (whole grain bread) with arugula (I
