prefer box brownies, but never again.

I've made plenty of
brownies in my day and it used to be that I
preferred the high end
boxed brownies to any from scratch because of that quintessential thin, flaky crust and fudgy interior.
I have made the weight watchers black bean
brownies several times and they are simple (
box of mix + can of pureed beans) and always delicious, but I much
prefer the idea of a scratch recipe.
