I actually like both chocolate and white cake, but prefer white wedding cake and
prefer rich chocolate cake at restaurants..

The tahini infuses this warm hot cocoa with a silky smooth richness, and I
prefer to also add a pinch of sea salt to bring out the
rich chocolate flavor.
I would have
preferred to have a higher cocoa content in the
chocolate which would have made the
chocolates a little
richer and less sweet.
I used milk
chocolate with white
chocolate and dark
chocolate drizzle for the fun and childhood - reminiscent Oreo truffles, and dark
chocolate for the super
rich cookie dough truffles, but feel free to use whichever kind of
chocolate you
prefer and mix it up however you want!
You have the tart, cool crunch of the apple (I
prefer Granny Smith for their tart flavor and firm texture, but you can use your favorite apple variety), the
rich flavor and chewy texture of the caramel, and just enough
chocolate to take this dessert over the top.
Definitely a
richer chocolate taste which I
prefer.
The
chocolate and sweetness are a tad subtle, the way I like it (although you can amp up both if you
prefer by adding more cacao and honey), and the texture is especially
rich and creamy thanks to the addition of avocado.
