prefer useful products that don't scream, «this house is being over-run and taken over by kids!!».

The high water binding capacity of potato starch, measured through its high viscosity, is very
useful in snacks, meat and bakery
products, powdered foods and whenever lower relative concentrations or dosage of starch is
preferred.
It is much more convenient to use than blending and mashing dates on your own, and it is particularly
useful for making any
preferred shapes and sizes of the final
product.
(Amazon obviously disagrees, and as a consumer I'd
prefer to see that reduced cost reflected in a lower sales price compared to physical books, since I'm getting a generally less
