use coconut oil instead of
ghee, if
preferred.
And of course b / c of the candida diet I would
use Ghee instead of regular butter and I
prefer Stevia to Xylitol (due to the corn issue).
Ghee can be
used in place of the olive oil, if tolerated /
preferred.
I

use traditional fats like lard and tallow, but refined coconut oil or
ghee also work well.
