I love that they're so high in antioxidants, low on the glycemic - index (that's part of why
I prefer using them in smoothies instead of frozen bananas), and full of vitamin K and fiber.

I usually

smoothie for my morning meal and I was glad to discover that Arugula need not be
used only
in salads but can be blended
in smoothies as well and tastes as delicious as ever.

Some people also enjoy taking vitamin C supplements, but I
prefer using camu camu powder
in a
smoothie since it's a food - based form of vitamin C and not synthetic like other supplements made of ascorbic acid (which are generally corn - based made from GMO corn).

prefers to freeze fresh fruit rather than can it, but you can grab some canning jars and can these berries for pies and even to
use in smoothies if you
prefer.
