my preferred dairy brands aren't cheap and neither is ethical, sustainable meat, so we avoided both whilst my income was awry).

brand in China, Wyeth, Meadjohnson and Dumex over domestic

Hi Patricia — I hesitate to recommend
brands here, but I will say I
prefer sugar - free non
dairy milks to those that contain sugar.
Rice milk (WestSoy is a good
brand) is a good - tasting protein and calcium fortified drink which is both soy and
dairy free — many
prefer the vanilla flavor.
