prefer the Kobo to the Sony Reader Pocket, because the smaller screen size of the Sony Reader makes it
less pleasing to read on, in my opinion, and the Kobo has a friendlier,
less techy design with a cute blue control
button and a soft - to - the touch quilted back.
Bookeen's answer may well be that you can easily use the touchscreen to turn pages, but some people
prefer to use page turn
buttons, requiring
less motion than any other method.
There's are two physical
buttons on the edge, so you can still press to turn pages, as well as tap or swipe as you
prefer, so the interaction and the feel in the hand is very much as it was before, although there's now
less travel in the these keys.
I
prefer the slightly
less minimal
button layouts of Roku and Fire TV, with their dedicated rewind and fast - forward controls, but Apple and Nexus make you use the cursor control.
