Label equipment with
its preheat time and educate staff to switch on only when required, and switch off ovens, grills, fryers and hobs immediately after use.
Also, using a full size thick rectangular pizza stone,
the preheat time was a full hour at 500F.
Most good machines have less than 30 seconds of
preheat time and give you a great cup of delicious and aromatic coffee in less than 2 minutes.
