prenatal yoga helped me just stay balanced and also really aware of my body, and I think that helped with the birth
experience, helping me be aware of my position and my posture, so I did an unmedicated labor with my twins as well, so I could just really think about if I am sitting up, opening my pelvis, and be aware of that.
