prepared baby food, you can make your own
baby food recipe at home by mixing breast milk with barley and
rice.
Once
baby reaches 9 months, Super Porridge can be infused with more protein by adding the ground legumes to the ground brown
rice or other grains and

Recommended to start to feed
baby at 8 months old, Quinoa can be a super porridge base and I suggest grinding the quinoa to a powder, just as I suggest
preparing super porridge brown
