I stirred the batter with a wooden fork just until incorporated, and
then filled the
cups of my
prepared muffin tin up to two thirds.
Divide between
prepared muffin cups and
then sprinkle each top with 1/2 teaspoon organic raw sugar.
Divide mixture evenly into
prepared muffin cups and
then press mixture into the bottom and up the sides to form a well.
Prepare a
muffin tray with non-stick spray
then add the egg white mixture into 6 of the
muffin cups leaving about 1/2 inch space in each
muffin.
Fill
prepared muffin cups 3/4 of the way up,
then top each one with cinnamon crumb topping until the mixture is used up.
