films, Wright on Film
presents its Top Ten Favorite Moments from Mystery Science Theater 3000.
The Festival also has working partnerships with
hundreds of local and area organizations (cultural, social service, health,
film / video, etc.) to
present our year - round programs.

presents Million Dollars Point (2011), a
film originally shot in Santo Island, Vanuatu, in the South Pacific, an island known for an underwater cemetery for
hundreds of tanks and canons abandoned by the U.S. Army after World War II.

of hundreds of color slides originally shot using Ektachrome
film (which Kodak discontinued in 2013), Harris initially
presented selections from his archive publicly as digital projections at Yale University, as well as in conjunction with the exhibition Radical Presence: Black Performance in Contemporary Art at New York University's Grey Art Gallery and the Studio Museum in Harlem in 2013 - 14.
One
hundred years after Duchamp's Bride Stripped Bare, pop psychology books such as The End
of Men, the frequently dubbed «feminist» action
film Mad Max: Fury Road, and «The Future Is Female» T - shirt craze
present a wholly different cultural landscape for understanding today's bachelor machines.
Thus the monsters are in communication with works which allow language, stories branching out in all directions and fictions to be
present as spirits:
hundreds of balloons in the form
of speech bubbles, glass speakers, puppets, photographs
of the artist, who is speaking to animals, a
film which has «produced a building» and numerous stories which the monsters from the drawings want to begin...» (excerpt from the press release).
More than two
hundred works — paintings, sculptures, installations, videos and
films, from the holdings
of the Nationalgalerie are complemented by approximately one
hundred and fifty works on loan from other collections In addition, 400 artworks, magazines and documents are
presented in the exhibition from national and international collections.

present day, with paintings, sculptures, installations, prints and watercolours, photographs,
films, costumes and armour by some sixty artists: two
hundred pieces testifying the many ways artists have viewed, commented and shaped the world
of fashion through the centuries.
Presented in the 2015 New Museum Triennial curated by Lauren Cornell and Ryan Trecartin, Laric's untitled animated
film re-draws sequences
of humans morphing into animals from found footage culled from
hundreds of animations, from countries including Japan, South Korea, China, Austria, Germany, the U.S., and more.
The
films presented in this screening — by artists as far ranging as Peggy Ahwesh, Mark Dion, Chris Marker, and Josiah McElheny — are a joyful sampling
of the
hundreds that were screened during the festival's decade - long run.
