I made this chili in my rice cooker — you could do it in a crock pot, dutch oven or
pressure cooker too, but if you happen to have a rice cooker that you don't use very often (like me) it's awesome and EASY to add everything and let it cook itself.

I roast chicken backs and parts or use leftover chicken or turkey bones then use a electric instapot style
pressure cooker set on chicken / high temp for an hour then let it naturally depressurize let cool then refrigerate overnight take the grease layer off following day as it will congel on top its easy to remove then warm it back up to liquify and put it into ice cube trays mix 17 ice cubes (1 cup)
too 1 or 2 cups water depending on strength you want the best stock on earth
Plus, it's made in your
pressure cooker, so it's über - quick, at least as roasted things go (but you can totally make it in your slow
cooker too... directions included in the notes below).
I
cooked it for 30 minutes and would recommend leaving out the coconut milk and the mushrooms after
pressure cooking so they don't get
too mushy and the coconut milk will curd.
It's easy to convert recipes to
pressure cooking if you prefer to have them ready in a jiffy,
too.
While the
cooker is coming up to
pressure, the wings are
cooking during that time
too, if that makes sense.
You need to wait for it to come up to
pressure, then
cook, then often wait for it to naturally release
pressure too.
I've been using a stove - top
pressure cooker for many years, and eventually bought an instant pot
too, but it isn't getting any use, because I just don't know what to do with it.
Remember that when
cooking beans, you can not fill up the
pressure cooker any more than half way, since the foam from the beans might clog up the
pressure release valve if there is
too much water.

With less air
pressure weighing them down, leavening agents tend to work
too quickly at higher altitudes, so by the time the food is
cooked, most of the gasses have escaped, producing your flat tire.

pressure with string so turkey holds a nice round shape, but don't tie
too tightly or it will bulge when

too and can be less expensive than the electric ones.
I used my Instant Pot and
cooked them for 30 minutes on the manual setting at high -
pressure, but you could also bake them or slow -
cook them if you wish

too lazy to make chicken bone broth but then I bought a Instant Pot
pressure cooker (electric).
I recommend an electric
pressure cooker...
too useful to pass up.
