I really think Sony should have marked and made the PR talk more around the PS4 Pro has a [email protected] console instead of passing the message that the Pro will aim first to 4K upscale rather than a boost on framerate and with that better and smoother gameplay, im
pretty sure that the adopting rate on the PS4 Pro would end been higher if some
major developers along with Sony come out and said look we are aiming to get the games on the Pro to [email protected] and patch some
major released games to that target also

It looks a
pretty nice game, although it's probably going to be overshadowed quite badly considering it's been announced for US release right prior to Nintendo's E3 conference this year, and hence all the coverage will probably be
focused on either the Wii U, Zelda or Smash Bros (if present), Mario and any other
major games due out this year.
Networks were a
major focus of the Power of Choice review, and their preferred solution to reduce peaks was the use of TOU tariffs — which will actually be
pretty ineffective in reducing the
major annual peaks that determine network capacity.
