the true test of the scouting ability of the service, rather than a regurgitation of who the best programs in the country are looking at, is to find a kid who is
pretty highly ranked but does not have other
obvious signals such as major programs recruiting him or elite camp type invites.
On the couple of occasions that I have encouraged it and they took to it, my border collie
pretty much gives
signals that she's going to kill the other dog if they don't let go and when my two little dogs tug it quickly becomes
obvious that they are battling each other out, and not in a fun way.
