I come from a Christian background, in communities that thoroughly believe in the
spiritual realm, and so I
pretty much grew up seeing
people being gloriously delivered from spirits, as well as the sometimes disturbing manifestations these
people exhibited.

It's a
pretty straightforward series of steps, based on
spiritual principles, that helps
people clean up their lives in a whole lot of ways.
I see this number
pretty regularly, probably because I write about spirituality and offer intuitive sessions that, among other things, help
people connect with their
spiritual guidance squad.
I also think, I tend to find sometimes
people can overfocus on the body and disregard or at least diminish the importance of the emotional and the stress and the
spiritual and the psychological so I just want to put it out there that there's one book that I have
pretty much asked most of my patients to read and purchase.
-- sleep is scientifically proven to be good for you — and
pretty soon everyone claimed that lucid dreaming was more evolved, and
people started sleeping 18 hours a day and taking classes where they would try to meet each other inside of dreams and a new café called Asleep opened next to the Awake café and they served chamomile and valerian drinks and everything was cushioned and comfy and if you fell asleep anywhere, in class, on the train,
people would assume that you were on some
spiritual path.
