I've tried several «tricks» to
prevent curdled sour cream but so far, nothing has worked.
Once done turn crock pot off and allow to cool until no longer simmering to
prevent curdling sour cream or yogurt.

prevented it going
sour and
curdling?
To serve hot, return the soup to the rinsed - out pan and reheat without boiling (to
prevent the buttermilk or
soured cream from
curdling).
