Just as

Hello Peter, just a quick question on Vitamin D supplementation: as you take 5000 I.U. per day (plus what's in the cod liver oil) please let me know why you aren't supplementing Vitamin K2 at the same time in order to
prevent calcification of organs /
arteries, etc which is one
of the risks when taking high D3 doses.
This is also my favorite vitamin D3 and K2 mixture, as it's important to get enough vitamin K2 if you're supplementing with D3, as the K2 makes sure your body uses calcium properly to help
prevent inappropriate
calcification of arteries, joints, etc..
