coachees before she met with them.
Using this tool, the coaches and their
coachees focus their work on the leadership dimensions most critical to the individual
principal's development as a leader and to his or her ability to successfully address the school's most urgent priorities.

Principal credential, while they themselves grow in their instructional leadership in ways that may eventually enable them to meet the requirements to earn a Master

Principals, they are expected to help their
coachees positively influence student outcomes in their schools by coaching them in ways specifically related to the NISL Executive Development Program (EDP) and the NISL coaching philosophy.
