If I say the word «
smoothie» most of you, myself inclusive,
probably imagine a tall purple / pink
drink, filled with berries, milk, banana and other good stuff, and with the word «juice» apple and orange automatically follows.
I have to admit I
drank this entire
smoothie myself even though I think it's
probably 2 servings.
i was
probably drinking a boring
smoothie or something at the time...
hahahaha It was
probably for
drinking too many chocolate
smoothies and not enough green ones I've been doing lots of chocolate and greens
smoothies, which are hideous but delicious!
I love that I can add all kinds of toppings, which you can't really do with a «regular»
smoothie (
drinking shredded coconut and granola would
probably not work very well)!
Making a
smoothie you absolutely hate is
probably more likely to discourage you from
drinking them than to encourage you to try a different recipe.
If you're
drinking a green
smoothie in the morning but eating french fries for dinner every night you're
probably not going to lose weight.
One of the things you've
probably noticed is that if you
drink a lot of water and if you eat a lot of plant - based foods, a lot of raw foods, for instance —
smoothies, juices — you've
probably noticed that you go to the bathroom quite a bit and you're peeing quite a bit.
