I've used coolers before but I think the slow -
cooker will
probably keep the temperature of the yogurt at a more even level.
Anon, I think a slow
cooker set on Low would
probably do a good job of
keeping it warm without drying it out.
I also felt the urge to make gingerbread for the first time this year,
probably because of my own wee offspring (and, btw,
keep mentioning yours; it * is * relevant to how you're
cooking, I think).
If you are a seasoned
cook you can just
keep right on cruising the internet because you
probably don't need this recipe for 4 Ingredient Easy Texas Toast.
It's so easy to make and you could
probably keep it warm in a slow
cooker with a little extra water added.
I would
keep the temperature the same and
cook for
probably 12 - 15 minutes.

You could
probably use half of all the other ingredients, too, depending on how trimmed your brisket is — if it's only 1 pound, I'm guessing it's
probably trimmed of most of the fat, so you'll want to
keep an eye on liquid levels as it is
cooking to make sure it doesn't dry out.
You can
probably get away with using a couple Tablespoons less if you add a bit of liquid to
keep it from getting too dry while
cooking.
(You could put more than one roll in at a time, but just
keep in mind they'll
probably cook together into one giant waffle — which might be a good thing, lol.)
