Now, a study of nearly 1 million engineering paper co-authorships puts hard numbers on the

problems authors have faced in

work recognized, but as I outlined in the article, it has actually created even more marketing
work for authors than we were facing before.
I am having
problems finding out how to
get the book onto the ibook store and also as I would be doing this as a business is it true that I have to have a US tax ID — so
working from Sweden I would not be able to
publish the book anyway!
Dr Rapp is probably too honourable to say so, but I doubt this was his fault (simply from my own 30 year experience in
publishing, much of which included
work on college level textbooks for the US market — and the
problems were
getting worse the longer I was in the profession)
