And i'll keep saying it, our manager has become more of
a problem than the players we have.

Most business
problems can't be turned into a game, however; you have more
than two
players and no clear rules.
«If it's a fixed set of rules, with
players acting according to preexisting behaviors, then it becomes a sufficiently well - defined
problems that you can optimize against and the machine will do better
than people,» he says.
What we need to do from this is to reflect on our wage bill structure because if we don't then more
problems like these will occur / Also we really have to resolve
player contracts much earlier
than leave it to the last year, haven't we learned from this in the past already?
The
problem with Arsenal is how we play, or adapt our play in matches, we've had good
players up to the point where our squad looks better
than the opposition, but we then loose dismally.
Coquelin's defending is excellent. In fact i've watched many DM's Arsenal have been linked and he's better
than some of them defensive wise. How many top DM's will keep the likes of Silva, Coutinho and Modric (12/13) quiet throughout a match? It takes top defending to do that. His biggest
problem is that he's not adventurous and doesn't hold the ball with authority. It's just that I feel he's not given the appreciation he deserves. He's a good squad
player to have and when on form can do well against top teams.
Giroud misses more
than he hits, Walcott has NEVER delivered his expected talent, Welbeck will NEVER be the striker to score 20 goals a season Coqellin will NOT go a whole season injury or suspension free, Sanchez and Ozil WILL have down period during the season, all teams have these
problems to a greater or lesser degree but most of the top teams will address these
problems and
players either inprove or are sold and replaced with better or at least more consistant
players, NOT Wenger he keeps doing the same thing over and over with the same
players and he expects a different result but gets the same outvome time and time again, yet its ALWAYS someone else's fault be it the Ref or the linesman or the opposition or bad luck or whatever and whoever and its NEVER the fact that HE has done nothing to change the situation and LOOKS LIKELY to not change it next time around.
In modern football and especially in the English Premier League, most teams will have more foreign nationals
than homegrown
players and while the whole idea is to bring the best from around the world this can have it's own
problems.
3 months is looked at per minimum it take more
than six months for a bone to heal some very minor muscle will take 3 months a serious injury which takes 8 months and more + rehabilitation while a
player is rehabilitating other injuries my form a direct result of being constrained where muscles freeze you are not playing for 8 months you cant expect the muscles to be up and running straight away
players how ever want to play because of all sort of reasons one being replaced so it hampers with their full recovery hence having
players regularly in the treating room but take it from me some times you are perfect you just get back bang someone heavy dose your ankle in so you are back in out off playing time I personally got very angry because my knee was ok so went back out to come back in after one game with ankle
problem after a couple of weeks i will go back out I have no guarantees that some one wouldn't go heavy on me or me injuring myself going heavy on someone else its football thats the way it is if it is not a medallion for the cabinet its a leg medallion
Yes there has been
problems with Alexis of late and I hope it's not on purpose to force a transfer with one season remaining, he's in a great position move and contract wise so I'd hate to think a
player of his talents would act anything other
than professional.
goodness i can't believe it people will still defend him.You know something when Giroud misses many chances like at Monaco i did not criticize him even based on that you know why?its because he has always not been clinical. The only way a team can improve is by indentifying its
problems and solving them.Arsenal has Giroud as the main cf and Welbeck as backup to him.Giroud has done well scoring some goals some too important but collectively he does more harm
than good.Do not use moments to judge a
player judge him based on content.Giroud does not excel in many games
than he excels in games. As a main cf you need to be consistent.I see people here saying Giroud can not dribble he cant do this he cant do that but its a bit crazy to criticize him for that because every
player has his own style.Giroud limitations as a
player costs arsenal and will cost us a lot. Most importantly his poor finishing which has cost us several times. Not good enough. His style of play is ok for us but a striker who can take on
players and run behind defences very well would make us very strong and also should be clinical. For Welbeck he needs to works on his finishing and composure by doing the basic things right. He rushes infront of goal too much. For now he is just above average. However he can excel if he works on improving.Giroud and Welbeck will always be a pain in arsenal's neck for most part. Some will call me stupid but hey at least i want to analyze the problem.People may support Giroud or Welbeck to lead the line next season but as the saying goes if you fool me once shame on you but if you fool me twice shame on me.Will you let Giroud and Welbeck fool you again?
The guy had a great game v west ham but his ego lets him down, but Wenger his comments on the defensive cock ups, it is the same comments on all the losses so surely he needs to rectify the prob Number one drop the BF German that can't head a ball can't run he is a liability every time he puts on the shirt even Debuchy jumps higher
than him Gibbs can't defend he is a nice guy but not first choice L Back Chocqelen has proved he is a good
player that can get better what we need is an Ozil type midfielder that has more guts to play good balls through to runners not high balls that you hope will find a target So a defender that can defend a left back and a midfielder and then look out enough is enough on what the
problems are If the car won't run right you Fix it Wenger now is the time to FIX it CB
AKB's just never run out of excuses, it isn't «bad luck» when we are first on the injury ladder (by a country mile as well) EVERY SEASON, the last time i remember having a reasonable injury list was before diaby was injury prone, so whether it's down to his tactics,
players diets or imcompetent staff, a 2.5 star manager wouldn't have taken more
than 2 - 3 seasons to fix these
problems,
players join our club with amazingly good injury records (ozil) and become injry prone,
players leave our club (fabregas) and are fit 2x as much as they were for us, SOMETHING IS WRONG AT ARSENAL
With a lot of
players back from injury in offence and midfield, we should have a lot more control
than we did in Belgium and should be able to cause Anderlecht numerous
problems from the off.
The
problem is our defence and cdm Flamini: always help the other side Arteta: never was the
player than we expect him, he injured most of the time, and lost the ball in dangerous situation Per: he is good just in corners but he is lazy and slow Our good defender is just kosc and chambers And also debuchy but we must play with out him aleast 1 month Gibbs and monreal are good
players but they are not good defence So we are very delicate in big and important games
Those three
players might have been a part of the
problem, but they weren't the reason the White Sox were so disappointing, Crumbling defense, especially in the infield, combined with hundreds and hundreds of at - bats given to low - upside young
players, hamstrung the White Sox far more
than the offseason mini-spending spree helped.
Some of our
players are not average. They'd improve a lot under another manager because they'd be playing with a new better mentality. That's how come when some managers are changed certain
players start improving.Arsenal's
problem is more of psychological
than tactical.We need a change.
But
problem we would have In 3 at back formation would be against Chelsea, Tottenham and United... Chelsea and Tottenham also plays with same formation hence Tactically both
players cut each other and Currently both teams having more quality
players than us so here we will short on our performance....
Now hopefully over his injury
problems and growing in confidence after a run in the team in recent weeks, Oxlade - Chamberlain showed yesterday that he can be a big - game
player for the club, and his form in attack could give Arsene Wenger's side a whole new dimension to their game, with the youngster providing a little more width, pace and directness
than players like Mesut Ozil and Santi Cazorla in that area.
Call me a cynic, but the scousers pulling three
players from the England squad is more likely to ensure they are ready for us,
than because they've got major
problems.
Our
problems delve much further
than just the potential exit of our star
player, with Mesut Ozil, Aaron Ramsey, Alex Oxlade - Chamberlain and Kieran Gibbs all out of contract next summer, while fringe
players Wojciech Szczesny, Carl Jenkinson and Joel Campbell are also into their final year.
There was no
problem with Holding starting.The
problem was with Monreal starting. If people are saying Monreal starts over Holding this means a LB is better
than a CB at LCB which is more of a disgrace to the CB.Monreal is good but he does not have the qualities of a CB to play there for long. He's not your stand out tackler, interceptor or ball winner. He doesn't have the height or even the strength. He's just a solid 1v1
player but being a great CB is not all about 1v1.
Furthermore their tolerance of failure is much lower
than ours and as a result they would sell
players that are still excellent
players and as such it won't be much of a
problem for them breaking even or close to.
With regard to numbers coming in, wenger has also said in the past that integrating more
than three new
players in to a team causes
problems.
we have at most 4 real quality outfielders i.e.
players that other top european teams would take... ozil sanchez santi and kos... in my books you need 6... we are two short but worse the quality of others is lower
than needed... only bellerin coq and wilshere have that potential... and there are
problems with each still... we should have put in bids in june for griezman kondogbia and the Burussia striker as all could have been prized away with right bid plus
players thrown in IMO... now its too late and wenger is in some weird gallic world of existential hope and denial and fans are just praying we do nt lose opening 2 matches for first time in over two decades... but no one is really confident against a team which is sure to finish around mid table...
If Sanchez is fit, its a no brainer for him to play however if he's not 100 %, I would rather he's rested against manure.he's a very important
player in our tittle chase, so I prefer he's missed in one game rather
than miss a couple of weeks, which could happen if he's unduly risked.for the midfield, le coq and boomer.yea carzola's absence has been felt however xhaka had his best game so far against spuds, only
problem was the massive physical presence of dembele and wanyama, which fortunately manure can not boast off.so I expect we dominate them with combination of lecoq's tackling and xhaka's intricate passes and his extra physical presence.
The squad we have is more
than capable
than winning this, if the manager won't or can't pick the best
players there is a major
problem
This time the manager is already aware that the
player who was thought to be about to get the job, Per Mertesacker, is going to miss at least the first few months of the new season and knowing the way our
players»
problems often seem to take a lot longer
than first expected to fix, it could be more.
I do not have any
problem with him personally, but my concern is that any
player with that price tag should give more
than Ozil is giving presently.
a) In the absence of obvious indicators (legal
problems, injuries, losing the starting job, fantasy experts overwhelmingly talking a
player up or down), you are not smarter
than the pre-ranked draft order.
It's a shame really how people are so plastic over here.We seem to change our views so easily. Why can't people just make up their minds? It's like people don't have stance. As I've been saying and will keep saying we have many good
players but as good as they are they're overrated. We've just compromised as a club. There are
problems in every single role in the team, from defence to attack.Yet these
problems will constantly be ignored.Some
players are cleary not good enough but say it and the stats lovers will come out.The main
problem wrong with the team is the centre. The other
problem is Wenger and his misuse of
players.I for one don't really rate Ramsey - Xhaka partnership in a sense that it's defensively weak with Xhaka not good enough defensively and Ramsey very inconsistent. The only
player excellent defensively in the centre in Arsenal's team is Coquelin and I think he should be playing though many won'tsee why.Look how easily the balls went through the midfield.Coquelin should be partnered with another CM in our current team.People shouldn't deceive themselves Xhaka that Xhaka isn't a DM.He's just not good defensively admit it.We need a DM more
than a CM in my opinion or a hybrid like Sanches or Jankto.
u know the
problem with some fans make top four seem more important
than a trophy.the reason arsenal wants top four is because of the money thats a fact everyone knows that.but as we move to city, man u they want ucl so that they can attract the big names thays why man u is fighting, same mancity notop four they know attracting world class
players will be tough.do u think thats the same reason arsenal wants to finish top four??
the
problem is the complacency that has gotten hold of Wenger's brain due to lack of pressure from the top has infected the whole club... Wenger knows his job is as safe and forth knoxx so LOSING IS AN OPTION in the scheme of things, there is always another game to make things right, always another season to try again and this, whether consciously or otherwise is a malaise that has infected the
player» a pysche... I have said this so many times, Fergie won the league with a squad that less
than half the quality our present squad possess and in a tougher more competitive seaaon
I don't support
players I support the team... And I certainly don't support overpaid mediocrities just, coz they wear the arsenal kit but who can't deliver us more
than third or fourth place... That said coquellin is a good
player with potential to improve what we need now is an accomplished DM from whom he can learn... Missed kondogbia who is a better
player and younger which might have been a
problem... Same goes for Carvalho... Sven bender probably best around for us if not the pole... Both older more experienced more rounded footballers and wiser
than coquellin... sadly wenger doesn't any longer have the brain or brawn to improve this team....
Aubameyang is definitely better
than giroud, and for those who do not watch the bundesliga, he's not all about speed, he's quite an intelligent
player who is always at the right place at the right time, he's also good with both feet and in the air.But the
problem with most Arsenal fans is that they are more interested in the NAME rather
than the
player. That's why you see people floating names like higuain, benzema and cavani around.
I know Arsenal all too well and trust me we would've still lost.A lot of people think this Arsenal squad isn't good enough to win the league but I beg to differ.Give this same squad to Rafa Benitez or any world class manager even without any signing before the transfer window ends and watch us play like you've never seen before. The
problem in this team has always been tactics, mentality and mismanagement. This is what has really been disturbing us for several seasons but alwas goes ignored.Mark my words that if Arsenal get everyone they're supposed to we're not winning the league if those three things aren't checked. We need signings but our
problem is much bigger
than signings.Give this same squad to Klopp or a too manager and you'd be shocked some
players who were called average will be playing differently. You know why?Strong mentality, proper management and good tactics count.
The
problem with the high end talent you're talking about (Jones, Collins, Butler, etc.) eventually get pricey and Belichick would rather spread $ 10 million to three
players like Harmon, Chung and Guy rather
than spend $ 10 million on one Butler or Jones.
Of course once
players have had knee or ankle ligament
problems more often
than not they will never be the same
player and will have many injuries to follow.
U must love him more thn ur own life.10 years same old mistake, always 2 or 3
players short, even blind stevey wonder can sense the
problem but ur le prof refused to solve.same excuse every year.u fans love ur prof more
than the club.
But getting on the back of the
players and the manager isn't always the best reaction in hindsight, especially as it can often cause a
problem to drag out perhaps longer
than it would if the support remained constant.
I personally believe
problem with Arsenal is with
players more
than Manager.
I personally think he needs to bulk up some... Bielek is earning rave reviews though and his progression is going as planned, Akpom needs a proper talking to, his
problem is more attotude
than lack of ability, just like Gnabry, I think because both had a run with the senior squad they feel like they are big enough to.command regular shirts where they play which is not the case, you have to earn the right to play on a Saturday afternoon, its never handed out to you... all in all, its been a disastrous season for us of you look at progress Te English
players are making at Spuds whilst our» s sit on their asses earning ridiculous money for doing eff all....
We have more
problems than solutions, you all here are frustated and led by emotions, look logicly, our manager has 8m salary to do his job, while we spend our priceless time here on this forum, logic says look at table, look at
players, look at salarys, our
players do nt deserve that much money, cuz if you are overpaid you are expected to do thing other cant, correct?
Often young
players (Cesc, Messi, Seedorf, Ronaldo) have fewer
problems dealing with the pressure
than when these same
players are experienced and have the added pressure of expectations of having to deliver.
Looks like he is honed in on 2019
players and building the program for the future rather
than filler
players for 2018 like HCKS did creating the
problem we have with the Roster now.
The
problem is we are running on injuries — Kos, Alexis and Coquelin were all known to be near the edge, yet because we sold / loaned far more outfield
players than we bought (0), we have no one who can fill their shoes.
I'm so sick of people telling those of us who are disgruntled fans to relax and give this club time to correct itself... for anyone who believes that taking a wait - and - see approach is appropriate at this juncture they should take a good long look at themselves in the mirror because they are a big part of the
problem... no other «big» club's fans would stand for this shit for nearly as long as we have... think about it, we've witnessed a changing of the guard at every major club in England, Spain, France and Germany in the last several years because those «big» clubs failed to live up to expectations (Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern, PSG, Chelsea, ManU, ManCity etc...)... for some reason, many fans have become as fragile as our current manager, believing that there couldn't possibly be a suitable replacement, even though everyone of these clubs have found multiple replacements and still achieved far more
than our club... this mindset has been created by an organization that has been milking it's fans, telling countless lies (no world class
players available) and lowering expectations every since they rolled out the biggest lie of all: that we couldn't spend because of the new stadium but once it was paid off we could compete with any team in the world... this organization is rotting from the inside out and if we don't demand that those in charge put soccer first this despicable behaviour won't end with Wenger's ridiculous 2 year contract... I think the real fear isn't that a suitable replacement doesn't exist, but that this organization is so money hungry and poorly mismanaged that we will sink even lower by choosing our next coach the same way they choose our
players, on the cheap... even so, we need to see what mustache will do if left to his own devices so he will have to show his true colours... only then can we purge this club and start anew
Whats the
problem with gooners on here who rather
than discuss the topic turn it to wenger bashing?are you people this dumb that you do nt know that wenger,
players and the board do nt read your comments here.
Then the next
problem is competition, is he a better
player than Cazorla, Özil, Rosicky or Ramsey?
He thinks that introducing more
players than this causes integration
problems.
