There are some adamant that
Destiny 2 continues to improve, that Bungie has begun to take an approach to fix the
problems with the game, and their roadmap needs to be given a chance when it comes to completion later this year.
It's not the quantity of missions that we have a
problem with, it's the fact that they're the standard
Destiny affair - run around and kill three types of enemies and report back to your quest giver.
Ignoring the shiny new skin of
Destiny 2, it's a game
with a lot of
problems and is actually pretty regressive compared to the final expansion of
Destiny called Rise of Iron.
The
problem with the game being a «
Destiny clone» is that EA's history
with online releases has been nothing short of dreadful, and
with EA repeating Bungee's 10 - year
Destiny plan
with Anthem, things start to look dreary.
And for your example of 10 million people streaming COD on release day doesn't really apply because you have
Destiny that was one of the largest digitally downloaded games, and
with features like downloading them early it makes it easier, and there wasn't any
problems.

Destiny was a year - long beta program that cost $ 60 up front and introduced an additional $ 35 - 40 worth of incremental upgrades and content that Bungie knew wouldn't fix the
problems their game released

Destiny 2 has had some
problems with their xp set up.
That might be a hindrance but considering the
Destiny community is one of the best there is, it won't be a
problem finding a bunch of people to play the game
with.

Destiny and the latest entry in the Borderlands shooter series came out two years ago, I see no
problems with sharing the same pool water.
Bigger and Better Missions I've always felt that The Division had a
Destiny style
problem with its missions.

It should be noted that day one teething network
problems are hardly something new in this medium but it does beg the question that, if the likes of Bungie
with Destiny can pull off a comparatively smooth launch, why are Evolution Studios having such an inordinately difficult time getting the servers up and running to an acceptable standard?
In fact they've been discussing ideas for weapons and how they could solve a number of
problems the
Destiny community have
with these ideas for changing both weapons and armour.
Guardians have been very vocal about this
problem and again, Bungie is listening:

One of the biggest
problems with the vanilla version of
Destiny was that it felt like the game wasn't complete.
Bungie, the Seattle - based games developer, has a strange
