For example, going to a

appointment would be 1/2 a point since there is not much interaction, overloading
of the sensory system, and is one - on - one contact, which doesn't require too much
processing of different energies.
This means that even if mom has something super important to take care
of, like make an
appointment with a
doctor, or you know, tend to the wound she inflicted on herself while trying to make homemade chicken nuggets (because the kids won't eat anything other than chicken nuggets and she's trying to give them something that's more healthful than the
