One down side was that I was replacing a lot of food that I would typically eat with highly
processed foods (
like frozen
meals), that allowed me to lose weight, but I did not feel so great.
This can be especially frustrating when you have made food choices that are healthier,
like eating less
processed meals and refined flour or sugar products.
For me, it is my main
meal, as well as my favorite
meal — it's
like eating breakfast as a dessert and I've erased
processed sugar completely from my diet.
You can rest assure that every bite of this
