I wonder if many of the people who say that vegan food is just as delicious as animal based food are not talking about healthy whole foods, but instead are talking about
processed vegan versions of animal based recipes using oil, sugar and
meat analogues.

analogues is a bad idea for folks who are struggling with a low fat WFPB diet.
