Trader Joe's has lots of healthy, organic, vegan products but they also have a lot of
processed vegan junk food too.
However, this does not hold for
processed vegan junk food which can still be energy dense, highly processed, hyperpalatable and easy to overconsume.
You don't have to shop at the Whole Foods Market (where you can easily overindulge on all their varieties of
processed vegan junk food) and while organic and non-GMO products are great you don't have to stick to only these food items.

But just keep in mind that
vegan cheese is pretty much
junk food — most are made from
processed oils, artificial flavourings and vegetable glycerin.
But you need to think of most
vegan meats and cheeses as being completely
processed junk food.

junk food vegan is a
vegan who regularly consumes highly
processed foods which are essentially made in science labs.
This kind of
vegan junk food is limited in my regular diet because it's heavily
processed and often lengthy in ingredients.
There's a myth that's grown up I think because of both the celebrities and because we have all of these
vegan junk foods, a lot of
processed foods that's kind of expensive.
Plus, even though I was already
vegan when I discovered fruitarianism, my diet featured more
processed junk and fewer fresh
foods than it really should have.
I have read that these are more the

junk food type
vegans that as a group don't seem to understand the need to supplement a pure plant based diet with vitamin B - 12.
When I roadtrip, go camping or spend days at a music festival, I'm just a regular ol
junk food vegan with a diet full of
processed meats,
processed cheeses, bread and alcohol.
There are also raw
food vegans, low - fat
vegans, and what some people refer to as «
junk food vegans» or «lazy
vegans» who rely on
processed meat and cheese alternatives.
There are now many
vegan junk and
processed foods on the market, enabling anyone to eat crap and still be
vegan.
One can be a
junk food vegan eating oil, fried
foods, white bread, soy isolates,
processed foods, etc..
So, a diet based on what we'd identify as overly
processed,
vegan junk food is healthier than a meat - based diet.
It only flares up when I am not eating well (
junk food, lots of high fat and
processed foods) and goes into remission when I am sticking to a whole
foods diet (
vegan).
