I beg to differ: Based on my research and personal experience, while drinking lots of fluids
after a large meal can result in significant pressure on the LES, the main reason I believe drinking during or too soon
after eating can lead to acid reflux is that the fluids impair
digestion by diluting the stomach acid and digestive enzymes we
