The government's flagship welfare
programme will not be implemented before the
autumn of 2021, four years after its completion date, a report
by the committee has disclosed.

by limiting tax relief on pension contributions for people earning over # 150,000 to 20 per cent; and further believes that the proposals in the Bill are unfair when the additional rate of income tax is being reduced, which will result in those earning over a million pounds per year receiving an average tax cut of over # 100,000 a year.
Thanks to a # 74 million investment there are already over 2,500 schools across the country involved in the Teaching for Mastery approach, and the additional funding announced in
Autumn 2017 will expand the Teaching for Mastery
programme to reach 11,000 primary and secondary schools in total
by 2023;
However, the council says it has already created 217 more secondary places for this September, and will embark on a major # 45 million expansion
programme this
autumn to create 2,500 further places, some of which will be available
by September next year.

by an

programme aimed at tour operators and agents about the forthcoming centenary while press trips have already taken place with more being planned for the next two years.
