I haven't really had much experience doing
proper gym training on a frequent basis, only 1 - 3 days a week.

The result of
proper efficient
training in the
gym is a more efficient golf swing.
One key ingredient is finding the
proper environment or facility to learn to strength
train and losing your false insecurities that others in the
gym are watching you or judging you.
In a typical
gym, those same people are the ones who can teach you the most about the
proper way to
train and eat and motivate you to become the best version of yourself possible.
Training in the
gym, whether it's endless reps of squats or 20 minutes of HIIT requires an enormous amount of mental focus, physical intensity and attention to
proper execution.
Without getting a
proper rest, a bodybuilder can still
train in the
gym, but he'll see very few results lest he allows his muscle fibers to completely recover before he
trains the same muscles again.
To prove this point if you are someone who
trains regularly in a
gym then the next time you go there ask some of the guys exactly what weight, number of sets, reps and rest between sets they where doing for their bench press a year ago, 5 will get you 10 they wont have a clue if they haven't kept a
proper exercise journal.
Sure, there are a few genetic beasts in every
gym who seem to grow no matter what they do or don't do, but for the rest of us,
proper high - intensity shoulder
training is required to ensure great development in this area.
Of course, most delusional teenagers will cling steadfastly to the myth that anybody could Bench Press 300 pounds after a year of «
proper»
training, but all you have to do is go to a local
gym and you'll find tons of experienced trainees who can't Bench even close to that.
2) Ensuring that you're
training hard in the
gym from week to week and executing a
proper workout plan using sufficient intensity, progression, volume and frequency.
I learned that
gyms are not a requirement to build muscle and get stronger (if the
proper training routine is used).
By
training in the
gym you create the demand for the muscle to grow, but only with
proper rest and nutrition can the muscle recover, rebuild and grow.
Weight
training can be performed with the
proper gym equipment.

training at the age of 13 and literally never stopped ever I have had major knee surgeries 5 or so years ago I have had countless stressful jobs I could not stand I finally said enough is enough and pursued by Personal
training career I have an unbelievable passion for the fitness / nutrition lifestyle I'm 26 now at the age of 22 - 23 I achieved body fat percentage of 2 percent while working a back breaking job and literally sleeping 2 - 3 hours a night due to my hormone imbalance I didn't have a spoil meal in 8 months I was finally achieving the look I've been longing for for the 10 years I was already
training and it was due to
proper training times and nutrition little did i know I was already deep in a over
trained zone for years before that I used to spend 3 - 5 hours a day in the
gym from the age of 14 through 19 years old i just loved it so much and though more was better as I got older I got smarter I studied non stop this all leads to my decline at age 23 I look back and I know every little thing I did wrong basically al all started at work 3 years ago to make a very long story short I had continued dizziness lack of sex drive for years insomnia all of the above to the 10th degree I know I've abused my body not many can say they have done the work i have done in
gyms over all these years I left work one night with sharp pains in my abdomen got blood work done got called back a week or so later and was notified in A very unprofessional way that at the age of 23 I had a testosterone level of 73.6 I have all the blood work to prove it from then on I was treated horribly by doctors none believing what I havenput myself through in the prior years basically going into every appointment and teaching each person endos euros physicians etc..
