First, it requires microlenses that sit on top of the main lens to
properly focus images.

At times the camera is not able to
focus properly, the still
images are not that sharp, they are a little blurry.
Furthermore, in general use, we found that the Pure XR doesn't
focus properly when manually setting the
focus in the viewfinder: the handset doesn't seem to respond to the selected focal point and resulting
images are
focused on the centre of the frame, with the edges blurred out.
You can use the volume rocker keys on the left of the Blade 3 to take pictures, or the more traditional shutter key on screen, with the handset taking a couple of seconds to
properly focus and snap the
image.
There are times when the
images are brilliant, but other times when it fails to
focus properly.
