FALCPA, which was put in place in 2006, requires that all eight major food allergens (wheat, eggs, peanuts, milk, tree nuts, soybeans, fish, and crustacean shellfish) be
properly labeled on food products.

All of the recipes in my cookbooks are
labeled for
food combining and the meal plans in those books are all
properly combined if you need some more guidance, but the recipes
on my website are not always combined because I also try to encourage people to simply eat more whole
foods without worrying too much about all the «rules» which can be overwhelming at times.
Ask the
Food and Drug Administration to include
labeling on powdered infant formula warning that it is not sterile and providing instructions
on how to
properly reconstitute it.
While the FDA and other agencies have good intentions in its

foods properly to ensure access to the nutrients they possess.

on standards for the

foods that are gluten - free, but oftentimes a lot of
foods that DO have gluten aren't
properly labeled as such.
