the proposed changes in perspective and not overreact, given how all of this will most likely unfold.

The advised wording and courses of actions
proposed are a great start when initially trying to make
changes that challenge ingrained habits but at some point there has to come deep and refective soul - searching as well as a significant shift
in perspective.
