proposing plans for expansion of natural gas and oil
drilling along coastal waters.
The Buffalo Niagara Partnership is endorsing the New Economic Revitalization Agenda
proposed by Unshackle Upstate, a
plan that looks to cut taxes and calls for the legalization of a controversial gas
drilling method.
The EPA's comments are among 20,000 the state has received on its
proposed plan to regulate the environmental effects of
drilling.
