Mix collagen hydrolysate in drinks, shakes, smoothies,
ice cream, or add a tablespoon to your favorite
recipe to give it an anti-inflammatory
protein boost.
I use a modified version of the
recipe in the link below (I add stevia flavoured
protein powder to the mix) To make things easier I bought a cheap home
ice cream maker - certainly worth the expense in my opinion.
The
protein powder is very creamy and rich, so this simple
recipe works well for great
ice cream texture.
