I've sold far and away more books
on Pubit, but that's largely because of the platform I've built and people going to look for me directly THERE for their Nooks (Smashwords is less well known).
If the site has it at all, it should not be so difficult to add
for Pubit books.

I felt immediately compelled to ask if this was 60 % across the board at Barnes and Noble, no matter what the price, as
via Pubit we already get 60 % on titles between $ 2.99 and $ 9.99 but are relegated to 40 % on titles below $ 2.99.
Barnes and Noble just released a new service
called PubIt which allows people to submit their own ebooks to see.
I don't want to risk the new ones going away and having to start all over re-earning my rankings, etc. by switching
from Pubit back to Smashwords.

PubIt versions, but judging by the rankings, it still looks like I'm selling more through Smashwords.
There was also a lot of talk at launch about the hassle of converting one's
Pubit account to Nook Press.
Barnes and Noble recently trademarked the phrase
PubIt PRO and since then many baseless rumors inundated the internet.
In a Fail that makes the keyword screw up (still not fixed, btw) seem like small potatoes, last night, many
Pubit authors, myself included, became aware that our books were marked as Public Domain (and -LSB-...]

like PubIt!
I am currently on Smashwords and have been pondering the idea of also listing
in PubIt.
You have essentially two choices to reach the 90 % + of the eBook market controlled by Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Kobo and Apple: Open an account with Amazon KDP,
B&N Pubit, etc..
In the meantime, I'm very thankful to the retailers — the wonderful people
at PubIt!

The company runs their own indie publishing project called
PUBIT which allows writers to submit their own content.
Right now, Amazon and

I recently self - published on Amazon, and was interested in publishing on
Pubit too.
The book is US centric, so when you read it, remember that non-US citizens can not publish direct on
Nook PubIt, or use ACX (Audible's audiobook marketplace) at the moment.
Think PubIT by Barnes and Noble, or Amazons Digital Text Platform, but for news papers.

where PUBIT left off, there is a night and day difference with the unveiling of Nook Press.
And I'm pretty sure at some
point PubIt and DTP will have some kind of reasonable per - book listing fee.

including PubIt, Bowker, Constellation, INScribe Digital, Ingram, Vook, and the Copyright Clearance Center — and experts will lead parallel discussion / q & a sessions on marketing, understanding the overall business requirements and costs of professionally publishing books, and choosing and managing outside service providers at the same time.
When we bring a new book into existence, I focus on the bigger houses in this order: Kindle first (they sell most),
then Pubit (Nook reader, or its replacement) for Barnes & Noble, then Smashwords (so I can get into Apple, but we've also reached Kobo, Sony, and Diesel that way too), all with the same ebook Word file.

I tried to talk to a rep using their chat feature and he told me I needed to
email Pubit (now Nook Press).
However bad the Customer Pricing is, it's the same as it was
under PubIt!
So I'll wait before
joining Pubit, to see if B&N is around in several months.
