The
programs also seek to integrate neuroscience and clinical disciplines with
public health initiatives in order to disseminate and implement novel findings
from research centers of excellence, as well as conduct community outreach to raise awareness about the diseases of aging.
Completion of the
program results in an official certificate and transcript with academic credit
from the Bloomberg School of
Public Health.
Merritt, a core faculty member of the Johns Hopkins Berman Institute of Bioethics and an assistant professor in the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of
Public Health's Department of International
Health, will receive research funding
from the
program for the next three years.
