Participation by employees in disruptive activities at
public postsecondary educational institutions; penalties.
To facilitate economical and effective use of professional staff, school districts,
public postsecondary educational institutions, and the Department of Education may enter into written agreements assigning employees among themselves.
The Department of Education,
public postsecondary educational institutions, public school districts, public schools, state education foundations, consortia, and professional organizations in this state shall work collaboratively to establish a coordinated system of professional development.
After it has been determined that an employee of
a public postsecondary educational institution has participated in disruptive activities, the institution may terminate the contract of the employee, and thereafter such person shall not be employed by any state public school or public postsecondary educational institution.
