Zestimates but I think it's a lot easier to think in dollars rather than in percentages.
It amazes me how Zillow can get away with
publishing home value «
zestimates» that are so far off they couldn't hit the broad side of a barn.
One simple method is pointing out what Zillow
publishes on its own website about its
Zestimates: «The
Zestimate home valuation is Zillow's estimated market value, computed using a proprietary formula.
