Last week, for the first time ever, a major author — or, in many minds (as though it's a matter of opinion), THE world - premiere author of the # 1 best - selling

Series, I am also writing, marketing, learning about
ebook publishing, indie pub networking and methods, editing / revising, weighing in on cover art for Volume I (thanks, #Willowraven!)
My problems with
publishing on Kindle though, are: 1) One of my
series includes a big map, which gets jumbled up as an
ebook — not sure how to fix it; and 2) Chinese may not appear perfectly on everyone's Kindle.
During the past year we've
published two print books and 25
eBooks, seven of which are part of the Reader Local
series.
Today, her self -
published Gansett Island
Series, roundly rejected by traditional publishers, has sold more than 2.5 million
ebooks and is still going strong at book 16.
And I've now
published 3
ebook originals as part of the WISH
Series.

After a couple years of having an agent try to sell my novel to major New York
publishing houses and getting a
series of rejections, I decided to go the self
publishing ebook route.
Just completed my first full year (plus 11 days) as a

Series, on Amazon, Smashwords, iBooks, nook and Kobo (and Smashwords» affiliates).

series.
In my
series of
ebooks about

published as John Franklin, I strongly advocate
publishing with both Amazon and B&N because industry reports indicate they sell 90 to 95 % of all

ebook collection of the first three novels in the Dylan Hunter
