things we need to do for a (good) freebie: — RRB - I am Rosa, live in London and the
food I like the most is Catalan, in particular my mother's traditional style
of cooking with lots
of just picked up vegetables from the garden, all sorts
of pulses, crusty bread with tomato and olive oil and could go on.
The only
thing I can think
of to save what you do have is to place it all in a
food processor or blender and
pulse until it can sort
of come together, hope this helps!

food journals to see how you are tolerating different
things
From this point you can do two different
things: you can put the contents
of the pan into a blender or
food processor with the rest
of the gravy ingredients (1 1/2 C. Light Coconut Milk, Nooch, and Liquid Aminos) and
pulse a few times for a smoother consistency; OR just add the rest
of the ingredients to the pan for a chunkier gravy.
You can't beat
pulses / legumes / beans when it comes to a
food class with a high ratio
of glycine to methionine (though some individual
foods like almonds are better), and with all the other good
things going for
pulses, I consider them very «green light»
foods, and won't give myself a case
of orthorexia speculating on a perfect longevity diet when I'm confident I'm getting it 90 % right.
